Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift: TBD – Morning and Night Shifts Available

Job Description:
We are hiring 27 hardworking and dependable Outbound Pickers to support our warehouse operations during the Black Friday peak season. Candidates will be responsible for picking orders on foot using a pallet jack, accurately selecting products, and preparing orders for shipment.
The ideal candidate has previous order-picking experience, is familiar with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Pick orders on foot using a pallet jack.
  • Use RF scanners to scan products and verify order accuracy.
  • Navigate and use the WMS to locate products and process orders.
  • Ensure items are picked accurately according to order requirements.
  • Handle heavy items and perform regular lifting and physical warehouse tasks.
  • Follow warehouse safety procedures and work instructions.
  • Maintain accuracy, organization, and productivity during peak-season operations.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production goals.


Requirements:
  • Previous order-picking experience required.
  • Experience using RF scanners.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack for order picking.
  • Physically fit, with sufficient strength and lifting ability to handle heavy items.
  • Detail-oriented, alert, and able to learn quickly.
  • Dependable, hardworking, and punctual.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.


Schedule & Compensation:
  • Start Date: November 10.
  • Pay: $17.00 per hour.
  • Openings: 27.
  • Shifts: Morning and night shifts; exact schedule TBD.
  • Supervisor: Rony Cai.
